PILOT’S NO GO/GO SAFETY CHART
Aviation Safety Risk Assessment
The Safety Chart allows a pilot to determine risk assessment based on the individuals experience and comfort level for any flight. It also improves and simplifies the decision making process. This chart provides more specific information than what is offered in either FAA’s Pilots Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge or Risk Management Handbook!
The Safety Chart is specifically designed in the colors of the traffic light:
Essentially, this chart helps pilots identify any reason to NOT GO, following good operating practices and information to be aware of on all flights.
Lastly, it shows what to do when trouble occurs on a flight!
Fly the Aircraft! What is my location? Call ATC! DECLARE an EMERGENCY!
Conveniently located on the back of the chart are these additional Safety Tips:
A Flight Plan form
Weight and Balance formula
A Density Altitude formula
Cross Wind Component chart
